"Do not, and I repeat DO NOT GET STATE FARM, I’ve used them for years, literally never used any other insurance company, they’ve always had great rates, towing and overall coverage for my vehicles and my skoolie conversion. Always one quick call away, until I filed a claim, I had lost brakes and tapped another vehicle in my driveway and used my insurance to cover it, in which they did, a week later? I got a call saying the “higher ups” decided to drop me due to my “ driving record” in which I had previously had ran to double check this past June as still good for insurance, ( as I have a clean driving record) was still Good and it was, but everything changed after the claim and they took over $800 for a policy on my new car that they later closed 2 weeks into said policy and never refunded me my money… honestly very upset about how I’ve been treated and wouldn’t recommend going through them as I’m the second person I know that’s been dropped due to filing a claim."
